"Lovely overnight stay, staff friendly and helpful, room spotlessly clean & well equipped, comfortable bed & very quiet despite overlooking busy Rd & function downstairs so slept very well. Only grumbles bar with limited stock of gins & meal ordered, porchetta not being porchetta as I know it, that said the pork steak was very tasty as was the text of the meal & breakfast. "

"A hidden gem in the middle of English town. Decor was amazing. We booked Biggy double room which had walk in shower. Decor complimented the room. Check in was easy. Free parking on site. "

"Cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Really nice staff and helpful. Only downside was the sofa bed had a thinner duvet so it was cold, and the desk space was really small so not much space to put stuff down."

"A convenient location, not too far for walking into town, but plenty of buses from the nearby stop. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, at the back of the house. I was surprised that breakfast was not included, but probably my fault for not reading the details carefully. However, I eat very little at breakfast and felt that £12.50 was rather too much for my requirements. "

"Service and food excellent. Room a little tired. Windows dirty and need maintenance. View over courtyard. No parking so had to pay at the carpark behind. Bit of Walk in the rain. Food was exceptional. Room could do with a little tic. "

"I always have a good stay here, it is perfectly located for where i am working when i stay here. I an usually given a higher floor where it is quiet and there is very little noise from outside or in the corridoors. It also a lot better value for money that the Novotel next door"
