"Just like its name, a very tranquil place. The room looks out to a large rice field. Hotel staffs are very pleasant, complementary breakfast is very nice, especially the fruits and juices. The pool is nice and long enough to put in laps."

"My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Hoi An Central Hotel. Our experience was fantastic! The hotel is a short walk from the ancient city, so very convenient to everything you want to visit. The hotel was super clean and the rooms all looked recently updated. I cannot say enough about the staff though. They were kind, helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were having a great time. When a tour cancelled without notice, they immediately came to the rescue and set us up with a new tour...

"The property is in a fantastic location. We walked to An Bang Beach each day and loved all the restaurants nearby. Our room was a great size, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the loaner beach baskets. Onsite buffet is delicious. We didn't love the pools and pool surroundings. The main pool with swim up bar was fine, but definitely not something to write home about. The secondary pool area felt rundown and needed a fresh coat of paint and some clean up. The hotel is split into two...

"We had the chance to meet Hien, who did everything she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This is not a big hotel with 200 rooms and you can clearly see the difference. "Really close to old town and bike usage was great! Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We didn’t have any hot water during our trip in our room and workout area is a treadmill and bike on fake grass in a small room. Really liked how close it is to the action. "
