We were allowed to get into our roon 30 minutes before our allocated time. Breakfast is extra, but worth it, fresh item always available, and very tasty. "

"I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. "The location was perfect for us and the Hotel delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis etc for us. Even though I have a milk allergy and could not have the scrambled eggs for breakfast, there was enough provided that I could take, so I did not go hungry!! She was just amazing, totally outstanding, bubbly, sassy, caring, full of information, full of chat, kind and is just perfect for this type of job. Bed looked like it had been slept in (didn't though) duvet flat old the cover wasn't on proper and had to re make the bed. Shower good power but leaked and wobbly. "It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "
