Negatives are: no eating facilities, bar was closed most of the time during the 2 days we were there. Room was not serviced after the first day. Never saw a member of staff till it was time to check out. Positives: room was clean and comfortable. Area was good for exploring. The cost was very reasonable ...
We stayed in one of their junior suits. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Had our dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing. I can definitely say that we would stay there again and can only highly recommend this property.
Nice hotel in good location over looking North Tyne river. Good value for money and rooms were nice although could do with a bit of upgrading. Well located for Hadrian’s Wall Hexham and Kielder Water and Forest Park. The Health club was very good with good facilities. Breakfast and meals generally ...
An ideal place to stay to meet up with friends from Scotland and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Quiet and peaceful surroundings to relax and wind down with lovely views of unspoiled countryside. Good menu choices, well presented and tasteful and extensive wine menu.
Really friendly staff and very dog friendly which was a major plus. Comfy bed, Quiet Location, and Lovely Breakfast and staff very helpful. Only negative was power of shower in the room.
I dont like cooking spices to the breakfast but overall service from male Concierge fantastic cover some details , great room with plenty of space trough quiet days of town centre

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Richard who gave us tips on fishing! Our room, Rookhope, was in a building opposite ...

The restaurant was the only food option around at night that we could tell, but it was quite good. Our room most spacious enough and the bed was ok. The biggest problem ...
