"Great experience. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Room was larger than expected, and quite comfortable with good amenities. Tv was a little small for the size of the room, and calling it a continental breakfast was a stretch, but having free snacks always available was a really nice gesture. The view, location, and trip experience were fantastic. Pet friendly!! Will absolutely return "

"What a wonderful experience we had at The Old Lyme Inn. From the Valentine’s Tea, the amazing dinner and the Jazz club right next door. We never had to leave the property once we arrived on Saturday. Tosh the manager made us feel as if we were the only people staying at the inn . My guess is she made everyone else there feel the same. The room had wonderful morning light, comfy chairs and everything we needed. We will definitely be back - thanks for a wonderful weekend. "

"OUTSTANDING!!! Could not have had better weather. The hosts were incredible and went out of their way to ensure everything was working. Thew room was excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The Breakfast was fabulous and very filling. As far as I could tell everything was beyond my expectations and i highly recommend that you check this place out, minutes from both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun."

"What I liked when I first pulled in is also what I didnt like so much. That the hotel is up on a little hill. It really wasnt too bad. And of course, one can always unload up top and then go park the car."

"Had awesome weekend at the Inn. Property is beautiful, staff welcoming, rooms clean and updated. Spa amenities pricey but enjoyable. Only downfall is pool and spa areas need some updating… old tile and grout doesn’t pair up with the rest of the experience but would definitely recommend as something everyone can enjoy at least once if not more! And so close to the casino for some added fun with a car service back and forth! This place has all you need in one place. Thanks for a great weekend 😊"

"The first part of the second floor hallway had a smoky smell when I first arrived. It either dissipated or I got used to it on previous passes. Having the breakfast room open for water and hot drinks anytime was very nice. Bathroom was small and having one switch for light and fan was inconvenient. "

"Had a great stay with usual Hilton Garden Inn quality and service - friendly and fast checkin; clean room and usual amenities (lamps/desk a tad outdated but did not look worn). They appeared to have the usual GardenInn breakfast (not included) but I did not eat here; plenty of options around. Would stay again when in the area."
