The room was clean on arrival and was cleaned every day, towels were changed every two days which I find good. Breakfast was continental, a varied selection. The hotel is well situated for everything, beaches, old town, restaurants etc. Very good aircon. If I visit Rhodes again I would book here.

Extremely friendly staff, well maintained pool, quite out of city hotel, amazing homemade breakfast, answered all out questions related to city including bus travels. Room cleaning services. Downsides - No iron in room, toilet seat was shaky and was charged £20 for air conditioning. Please note if you take taxi from airport it would be around £40 one way. Travel with bus, there is no live tracking and it’s pretty accurate to the timetable given on bus stops.

One of the best hotels I have STAYed in!

I had a wonderful stay at Elaia-Fos. The room was lovely, spotless, and very comfortable throughout our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Quaint, inexpensive & clean.

Ideal for small group trips

We needed a room at late notice after our ferry to Karpathos was cancelled at the last minute. The room was fantastic. Large with a jacuzzi, amazing shower and excellent amenities. The hotel was in the middle of the old town and very old and picturesque.

We loved our stay with Savvas and Antonio and they made what was already a fantastic holiday even more special. The breakfast every morning was a highlight with fresh food from Savvas family farm and a warm welcome we received. We stayed in the house just opposite the hotel lobby and would recommend it thoroughly especially for those who want a little extra space and cosy atmosphere. I booked a superior room which ended up being 3 single beds. Bed was very comfy. Room was kept clean by the very friendly cleaner who was very approachable. My room faced the back of the hotel, there was building works going on at the hotel facing my balcony and this woke me up a couple of days. Nothing they can really do about this. It's a big hotel and has excellent breakfast. The location is convenient. You can go to some very good restaurants and the wonderful old town by foot. The standard room was alright but the bathroom's very small. If you want to wash your hands, you have to close the bathroom door first, then you can reach the basin.

Property was in a great location, very clean and walkable to beach/ restaurants.
