"The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels. Floor 1 was changed to floor 2, floor 2 to floor 3 etc. They posted some signs, but it was still very confusing and at one point our room key did not work. "The location is downtown Beverly Hills off the main street (Wilshire). Small yet antiquated hotel. The neighborhood in the area is quaint and vibrant. There is a sister hotel that patrons may go to use the fitness center, pool and enjoy the restaurant. Again, the hotel is in need of upgrades however the mattress was excellent and the hotel representatives were helpful/respectful."

"I hope nobody else goes into this property, the person who contacts via text, long before your stay is rude and unprofessional. The place was dirty, when we arrived they were finishing painting the walls probably because there is mold and you can’t turn off the AC. I found pubic hair in the sheets of one of the 2 rooms, the other one didn’t have any sheets at all. I had to leave and go to a hotel. DISGUSTING "
