"Our stay here was great! We were here for a graduation at UCLA and it was a good location (about a 15-20 min drive). The home is located in a safe neighborhood and it’s just as described. The check in instructions were clear and very helpful. The home is cozy but fit our group of 9 fine. There is ample street parking and there were close stores and places to eat. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great place! "

"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Hollywood townhouse! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and free parking made it super convenient. The location was prime and close to everything we had planned for the week, and a bonus was being able to see the Hollywood sign from the balcony. No complaints at all—we would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood and an excellent location, just a short drive to Universal Studios! The home was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen amenities and very comfortable beds. The property manager was incredibly responsive, which made our stay even smoother.A couple of minor drawbacks: the pool and jacuzzi couldn’t be heated at the same time, which was a bit inconvenient, and the fireplaces required manual lighting rather than a simple switch, which I wasn’t comfortable...

"The check in process was very easy and the listing was accurate. I took off 2 stars because the water in the hot tub was too dirty for us to use and I would’ve appreciated it if we were left at least a few bottles of water, instant coffee, or something complimentary. We did leave the instant coffee and creamer we purchased for the next guest. But overall pretty good listing and the area felt very safe and walkable. "
