It's tired and needs decorating and modernising, the beds and pillows are very hard, they told us the restaurant was shut and we found it was open when we turned up. But it's a good location for Brands Hatch, it was cheap, the staff were great, check-in and out were really easy. Yes, it was ok!"

The hotel is 6 or 7 minutes walk from both Chatham train station and the Waterfront Bus Station and lots of buses pass the door. reception is simple but professional and, having experienced a quick efficient & friendly registration, walked through a very smart bar restaurant to the lift which worked well. my room, 102 on the first floor, was spacious with separate bath tub and loo.
