"Good location for going to shows. But it's elbow to elbow tourists. Were ripped off by yellow cab driver who said his meter wasn't working after he started to drive. Arranged by the hotel curb side staff!!"

"Booked for a one night stay. The property was clean and we loved the view of the Empire State Building from our room. We had brought our family that was visiting from France to New York and the location of the property was a convenient walk to Times Square and all other locations they wanted to visit. They loved the top floor terrace and that there was breakfast included. I am giving it 4.5 stars as the towels were a little worn down and it would have been nice if there was another towel rack...

"Clean common area and room, comfy bed (I am 6’5” and slept like a baby), great view from the Empire Terrace Suite. 24 hour gym, vending machines that don’t cost an arm and a leg to get drinks from. Rooftop bar was nice and fairly priced for the area. Walked from Penn station when I arrived via train and it took 10 minutes at a city pace. Many good food options in Koreatown and a market (H-Mart) across the street that also serves food on the second floor. Stayed two nights and left my bags in...
