"It was a decent, comfortable stay. The bathroom smelled a bit funny upon my arrival though. Some improvements that could be made: It's a bit ironic that there are door hanger signs talking about skipping daily cleans to save the natural resources, but there were single-use disposable paper cups and wooden coffee stirrers in the rooms, which seems to me that it's just about the company saving their costs, and not the environment. It would be great if the cafe/restaurant menus were provided...

"Rooms are nice enough, breakfast was a bit chaotic with some inconsiderate guests taking handfuls of fruit - 8 bananas in once case. Gym is ok but is swelteringly hot - please fix the aircon in there. "

"Chose this hotel as close to Arena. It was clean and quiet . Took own kettle and teabags as the rooms don't have them. The twin room was small but comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again."

When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. We found many small.air freshner balls on th floor and the smell was from them. "Nothing extraordinary. If you are expecting air conditioning because it's an American chain, nope. Room is decently large and stairs are wide. Be sure to register your license plate to avoid fines."
