"Everything was just as listed. It had everything we needed. Very clean and plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach . Very close to shopping. The host communicated with us so well we didn't have to check in with questions. We would definitely love definitely love to book again."

"The condo was on the first floor which was a major plus for us. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. Our patio area was under construction which was a little disappointing, but it’s nothing that would keep me from staying again. The beach access is directly across the street which is a major plus. It’s also close to shopping and grocery stores. Beware of the security guard. As soon as we entered the gate, she would approach our car to make sure we had a hang tag. Before you book,...

"We stayed for a little over 2 months. Location is very good, close to almost everything but a quite area. We felt very safe with friendly people around us. Beds were awesome and rooms were large and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with very large table for playing games or eating. Living room sofa and chair very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Realjoy is a great hosting company.Would highly recommend this home for your stay."

"Lovely stay! The home is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor space that feels surprisingly private. Steps to the beach. I brought my dog and found it easy and safe to walk him anywhere in the community."

"This is a perfect house for a family. You get three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a good sized pool. The A/C kept up and kept us cool during our June trip. Walk to coffee shop, mall, grocery and beach. Perfect location! The host was fantastic with communication!"

"Visited Destin for a family reunion. House was huge, comfortable, clean. A deck on each floor, including the rooftop and a great outdoor area with an amazing pool and hot tub. Hot tub wasn’t working properly but the pool people came the day we left and we discussed the problem with them so hopefully it’s been taken care of. We would definitely stay here again."
