"I would not recommend anyone to stay at Kuwait Palace Hotel. Everything is run down and the amenities are close to none. You would expect at an apartment with a kitchen to have more than 2 plates, 2 forks, one knife and one spoon. I had to buy everything in order to use the one plate hub. There is no dish rack. The first night there was a flood in the bathroom which I had to insist several times to get fixed the next day. I could not take a shower as there was not enough running water for 2...

"The bathroom smelled like sewage, the garbage cans weren’t cleaned up. The bed was great and very comfortable "

"The worst experience!! They charged me 3 times the amount telling me the amount of the reservation was incorrect also the receptionist was very aggressive screaming at me. There was no heating in the room we slept at 17* C, also not clean, hair all over the bed.Now I understand why this hotel is poorly rated."

"The Red Tower is the worst place I've ever visited. After I looked at my room, which had very poor internet service. Throughout the apartment was unsanitary. The front desk attendant was rude and uncaring to me as a guest. To add, my reservation wasn't sent to the front desk. I immediately asked to use the phone to call a taxi to take me to another place to stay. I'm just happy that I was refunded my monies."
