Also, it's a walking distance to the most sightseeing spots in Edinburgh. However, the twin bed is difficult for two adults even though I am small. The window is not easy to open, so it's a bit warm in summer. There is no soundproofing in the room, so that you can hear a lot of noise from people slamming the doors all night and...

"Great location for exploring Edinburgh, city centre is easily walkable. Arrived late due to transport issues and host was very accommodating. Room was downstairs so no windows, but was clean and a nice place to stay in. Private bathroom wasn’t en suite which wasn’t an issue, but I feel like this could have been made clearer when booking. Other than that, great price for a very convenient location. "
