"Friendly staff - good atmosphere - clean conditions. Comfortable clean and solid bed. It looked like other backpackers were young foreign students rather than the homeless. Good facilities. "The Town Arms has been a licensed pup since 1794. Washington was president. It’s very close to the Thames River. The proprietress is Jessie and she is a delight. Our room (#6) was very nice.
