More like a B&B than hotel. Great fresh, made to order breakfast each morning .Really good staff (came back in after midnight to get suitcases airline had misdirected.) No a/c, but opening windows helped keep it cool at night. No elevator. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. Despite the roadworks this hotel was quiet and very conveniently located for the new theatre. We even managed two different circular walks along the canals and rivers in different directions from the hotel. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to offer valuable advice on the best things to see and do in the city. Breakfast was a highlight, especially while enjoying views of the river and garden.
