Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. "Boiler not working hence no heating or hot water, could not have a shower and had to buy a bowl just to wash. Squatters sleeping on the sofas in the living room every night. Worst accomodation I have ever been in."

Tried again and again no success. I then had to find another place to stay, thankfully the taxi driver was very helpful, feeling bad for me. Really would think twice about trusting you in future, not a good experience. ...

"Property is poorly maintained and extremely tired. The images used to show the rooms do not accurately represent the poor condition of the rooms. The "double bed" is not a double at all, but 2 singles pushed together. The lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs in them. The radiator covers are literally falling off the wall. It was not unclean, which was the saving grace and the only positive for the property. If it was any more expensive than what we paid we would be looking for money...

"I didn’t end up staying at the property once I saw the bedroom. It was not up to par for my standard. I ended up checking into a Holiday Inn. For those planning to book I wouldn’t recommend it. "
