"Loved this place."

"Lovely cottage and wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ideally site near the centre of Hay and a great base for local walks."

"A lovely caravan thats been lovingly maintained"

"Well maintained and characteristic property with exposed beams and period features combined with modern decor and facilities. The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. "A really nice place to stay . Beautiful location, quiet and all over a very nice stay 🤓"

Only met the host once in passing, he was really lovely to talk to about the area and...

"Loved the location of this property, situated on a farm which was a delight as my kids loved watching the animals. The local The property itself is a little tired but everything we needed. I would suggest an updated welcome pack to include a little more about the property eg heating, recycling etc. "
