"Everything was perfect, the only thing that I think it need to be corrected is on Expedia it shows that the check in is at 6:00am. The staff that works here are nice. "

"Due to late running buses and a very early flight we spent less than 6 hours in the hotel! The room was generally ok, we booked a twin and it was a large room with 2 double beds. The bathroom wasn't great, the shower door did not shut properly and water did not drain away very quickly. We had to check out very early and they arranged a takeaway breakfast for us."

"Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice. "

"Busy hostel in busy part of El Alto. Very convenient for the airport, and the hotel arranged a pick up and also got me a tasty food take away delivered. The bed was also really comfortable. Only downside was check in was a bit clunky until the person with a bit of English rocked up. "

"We picked this hostal as somewhere we could leave our luggage and get in a quick shower before our night bus to La Paz so we did not actually stay the night there. Our family has traveled a lot a has done this in the past with no problem, but here, because the room had only been booked for two people, only two our of four of us could go into the room. "El hotel no está en el centro de La Paz, pero me gustó su ubicación porque es una zona bastante tranquila y cerca al centro, el desayuno estuvo bien, y la comodidad de las habitaciones también. El personal fue bastante amable con nosotros, nos guardaron muy amablemente nuestras maletas durante nuestro tour a Uyuni. Mi única observación y que se las hice saber en su momento, fue que encontré en la cocina algunos utensilios sin lavar, esto nos incomodó. "
