This was my first time in Kos, and this would be my first choice for accommodation for any future trips. "

"I had a really nice stay here. The owners/staff were very friendly. The apartments are simple, but well equipped for self catering, albeit a little aged. Pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds and additional seating in a shaded area. Location was ideal for walking into Tigaki and for travel to other locations on the island. Overall, well worth the price! "

"We tried to call in advance on the phone indicated in the reservation confirmation but it did not answer. Nobody was waiting for us when we arrived. With the help of the locals we found an owner who was very surprised that we had reservation even though it was made almost three months before. Finaly we got a room. The hotel has obviously seen better days and is shabby, not to say abandoned, even though it is located in the very center. Looks like it is not used as a hotel but mostly rented out...

"Staff friendly and helpful. Good sized pool. Good location 5 to 10 minute walk to main bars, restaurants and harbour/old town. Close to beach 5 minutes walk. Good size rooms with two balconies one overlooking pool but no sea view. Cleaned everyday. Only negative was air con not working in lounge area bit hit and miss in bedroom was reported but as end of season not fixed whilst there but didn't detract from overall pleasant stay and would return."

"Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. "Great stay at Angela Apartments and would recommend as very good value. Apartments are basic but clean with comfortable beds. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. Bathroom has been modernised but other parts of the apartment could do with updating. Staff very friendly and drinks at bar are reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk to Kos town where there are plenty of bars and shops. There is luggage storage and a shower room you can use prior to coming home. Wi-Fi signal good too. ...

Breakfast was adequate, though a little salad to accompany the daily cheese and ham would have been appreciated. The location was good, with easy access to some great bars and restaurants. "We had an amazing stay. The apartment was situated in an excellent location, not far to walk to the harbour or the beach. absolutely immaculate. We also had a washing machine so no washing to do when home. There was also a 2 to Tv’s and All amenities that you’ll ever ask for it was like Home from Home. "Very spacious clean 2 room apartment with huge bed! Attractively tiled bathroom. Lovely views across Kefalos bay. Just off the beach road so very quiet. Beautiful gardens. Hosts are very helpful. The shower was probably the most powerful I've experienced in Greece, though use at full power gives a rather wet bathroom floor. Kitchen facilities very good. Might be worth considering adding insect screens to windows."

"Though it says that they will come and get you from the airport when I contacted the property they would only do this until 9pm. No good for my Easyjet flight arriving at 9:20pm. This left us in the taxi queue which took more than an hour to get a taxi. Apparently in high season it can take 2 hours! Taxis very expensive, 28 euros for 10 minute ride. There is not much in Marmari. The map looked like Anthia was set back a couple of blocks from the beach.in fact it is surrounded by scrub land....
