"Really enjoyed the friendly staff and amazing buffet. It was impossible to get a reservation to one of the a-la-carte restaurants. They were all booked. For the last 3 days of our stay, the hotel was closing because it was the end of season, so they transferred us to the even nicer Blue Domes resort. ..."

"It ticked all the boxes for what we were wanted. The staff were great, we had a shower issue but that was fixed straight away. Very good selection of food on the buffet. A lot of extras in the room like kettle were not there because of cv but they were good on trying to keep everyone safe. Gloves ..."

"Good - Very clean accommodation and great location opposite beach with bus stop right outside which was great for travel as there were limited taxis available in Kos. Not so good - we didn’t like that we were allocated to an inferior “advanced Seaview room “ It was confirmed our room was an advanced ..."

"We had a lovely relaxing time here. The service was perfect, food was amazing and lots of choice. On arrival we were welcomed by the lovely young lady who also made sure we had food in the evening. Our room was perfect however a bit far up on the hill, this made it difficult for my mum to walk, they ..."
"The staff was quite rude to be honest. The staff member told me (not asked) to email him the reservation after showing it on the app. The wifi that was only available in reception was barely usable throughout the whole stay. Quite often there was no hot water and other guests were partying and being ..."

That was hard to beat with their delicious theme restaurants by the pool."

"Had to book into another hotel for last two days because it was so poor.
No WiFi for majority of stay.
Drinks were being served hot, when we asked for ice we was told that you had no ice
Power-cuts for majority of stay, could not charge phones, no aircon in room, no fridge for water and antibiotics which needed to be kept in fridge for ill partner. I am also pregnant so no aircon in heat was very dangerous.
Food was extremely basic
No air-con for majority of time in the main restaurant which made us feel sick whilst eating
Partner had food poisoning from hotel for one week and they were very unhelpful with taxis to the hospital/doctor - precooked a taxi for the following day and was just told they would not be coming. No help or advice from staff and was just told we had to get the bus, when my partner was severely ill and I am pregnant
Forced to pay a personal ten euros in cash to a hotel cleaner for her to change our bed as my partner was severely ill and was sweating in the bed for three nights
The only decent thing about hotel is the infinity pool but it was like a zoo there and struggle to get beds unless you rush down at 7am to fight for a bed! "
