The veranda is every thing!

An excellent apartment with a fantastic sea view from the very large veranda. It's ample and comfortable furniture really help to enjoy the view. Very quiet, only bird song!

A family hotel run with passion and love

We are a couple + two children (8 months and 3.5 years at the moment of our stay) and we stayed at Villa Giorgos two weeks in August 2017. The hotel, located in a very close proximity of the Kefalos Beach, is run by Giorgos and his wife Katerina, who are incredibly warm hosts. The facility is made of three different buildings. We stayed in a Basic Apartment, located in the main building. Our apartment, at the ground level, was composed of one bedroom, one bathroom and a living room with kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, water sink) equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. A double bed was located in the bedroom and a single bed was available in the living room. An air conditioning unit is available in the bedroom, where a small safe is also present. A table with chairs and two chaise longue are available outside of the main door and a second balcony can be accessed from the bedroom. The apartment is very large, well-maintained and -equipped and we had a very smooth and pleasant stay with Giorgos, Katerina, and their dog Tito. To us, they have been extremely kind, with a level of attention that exceeded by far any expectation and that made our stay lovely. The location of the apartment is strategic, very close to the Kefalos beach and to all the famous beaches of the south coast (Paradise, Magic, Sunny, Camel, etc.etc.).

Great apartments in good location.

Very spacious clean 2 room apartment with huge bed! Attractively tiled bathroom. Lovely views across Kefalos bay. Just off the beach road so very quiet. Beautiful gardens. Hosts are very helpful. The shower was probably the most powerful I've experienced in Greece, though use at full power gives a rather wet bathroom floor. Kitchen facilities very good. Might be worth considering adding insect screens to windows.

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta a Kefalos e abbiamo nuovamente scelto Villa Giorgos. Una scelta eccellente per posizione, struttura, servizi, e rapporto con i proprietari. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di relax a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge pulitissime del paese e in auto dalle spiagge più belle della costa sud dell'isola: Agios Stefanos, Camel, Paradise, Lagada, Markos, Sunny, Exotic. Nei paraggi anche i magnifici tramonti di Agios Ioannis e Agios Theologos, per non parlare di quelli della poco lontana Zia. La città di Kos sta a circa 45 minuti di auto e merita una visita soprattutto alla sera. Giorgos e Katerina sono davvero due host fantastici, che ti fanno sentire benvoluto e a tuo agio in ogni modo possibile.

Schönes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick in einem überschaubaren, netten Ort am Meer. Fussläufig sind in wenigen Minuten viele Restaurants und kleinere Discounter zu erreichen. Der Ort Kamari liegt auf der meist windärmeren Seite der Insel. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber alles grundlegende ist vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr gastfreundlichen Vermieter und die sorgfältigen Tätigkeiten der netten Hausfee. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The villa is in a good location, only a short walk to the beach and near to a late opening grocery store. I arrived late evening in February, so it was dark. When I drew back the curtains the following morning, I got a 'tourist brochure' view of the bay with its Aegean blue sea and towering cliff, added to this, oranges and lemons growing near the balcony. The hosts, Giorgos and Katerina, were exceptionally hospitable. Mine was only a short stay, but I left with some happy memories made.

I absolutely loved staying here. I was traveling solo and could not have felt safer. The people who run the property are so friendly and warm! The even gave me a dessert! The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and everything was really clean. It was so relaxing and within walking distance of the beach and a bunch of restaurants! Stay here if you are in the area, you will not regreat it at all!

E' stata la nostra prima esperienza nell'isola di Kos e il nostro soggiorno a villa Giorgos è stato molto confortevole. Il sig. Giorgos e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti, disponibili e gentili. La struttura è vicinissima al mare e ci siamo spostati comodamente anche senza prendere auto in affitto (la fermata dell'autobus dista 300 m.). Da consigliare.

Lovely Hideaway

Villa Giorgos is a little gem, tucked away from the 'main' road along the seafront at Kefalos. Beautiful sea views from the terrace, Giorgos himself is very friendly and helpful. He lives at the property, so always on hand to offer advice..

We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgos. The owners were very friendly and helpful, the appartment was clean and we had everything we needed. We loved our daily breakfast at the sunny and huge terrace. Thanks again for the opportunity of a late check-out.

Very well situation, calm and confortable. ..

Friendly owners, nice and generous. The view from there is fantastic when the sun rises, the place is cleaned every other day and sheets and towels changed as well.
