"Easy check in. I was able to get an early check in and a late check out upon request. I enjoyed my Mountain View room, it was amazing. The desk will hook you up with sticks to toast marshmallows in the fire pit. Property was clean, and the room was dope. The property is in a great location. The down side was, the hotel was short staffed and the restaurant and bar was closed during my stay. The good thing is, Prospect restaurant inside of Scribner hotel is located right across the street. "

"We went for graduation at SUNY Albany. We picked the perfect location! We were less than a mile from campus and excellent restaurants! Very nice service, clean, comfortable , surprisingly good breakfast and very helpful and accommodating staff!!!"

"The reception staff were excellent: friendly and efficient. Breakfast was sufficiently ample and varied. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean with one issue: there was a persistent chemical smell as if someone had spilled an Italian salad dressing and we could not pinpoint the spot because the carpet looked perfectly clean. Yet each time we would enter the room, the smell was quite noticeable. We didn't make a fuss because we were there only for one night. "

"First my room was very warm and due to the old system we could not adjust but someone came and it didn’t work so we were moved to another room. It was better after that but an inconvenience "

"Nice place for an overnight stay with our granddaughter. Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. We had some extremely loud people above us , it sounded like they were doing gymnastics for about 6 hours. The pool was closed for cleaning so our granddaughter was very disappointed. But we would stay again despite the little problems."

"Our room door's panel molding was coming apart and the door was broken at the bottom corner. Hotel closing in July so scaled back breakfast was disappointing. Room itself was fine."

"Unfortunately there was construction going on next to the hotel which made it very noisy during the day. Older hotel, but clean. Friendly staff at front desk. Would stay again if I had to. Was in town for a concert at the MVP Arena. Close to arena. "
