"The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. "The best hotel we have stayed in. Beautiful bedrooms, beautiful shower and bathroom . Even free tea coffee hot chocolate to drink. Cakes fruit, yoghurt etc to help yourself. Very friendly gentleman on desk who was very helpful. Definitely recommend and definitely would stay again. "
