"What a great find. Cave Castle is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. I contacted the hotel a few days before with some requests regarding my wife as she has mobility issues. One was for the room to be on the ground floor or close to the lift and the other was for extra pillows as my wife has to sleep upright. When we arrived the staff on reception pulled out our check0in notes and informed us that everything was set up as per our request. The staff are warm and friendly as well as helpful. If you want a base for exploring this part of Yorkshire come here and you won't be dissapointed."

"We loved the hotel. Only criticism wish could have stayed longer! Beautiful quirky interior. Spotless spacious room with good air con lovely shower and white company bath products and v comfy bed. Good price too of room and drinks in bar. Didn't actually have breakfast so can't comment HOWEVER did order a cappuccino which was horrible (just watery milk) 🙄 I cannot wait to go back and stay again. Just ten minutes to town great location. "

"Friendly, customer focused experience. Greeted with a very warm welcome, check in was effortless. Room was well equipped and comfortable. A great breakfast too, with very friendly colleagues serving, who gave great customer service. I often visit the Leeds area, and I will definitely be staying here from now on. "
