Junction 32 Outlet Shopping Village

It is sn old property in dire need of some fresh decorating. Especially the stair carpet which looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. It also smells in the narrow passageways. The toilets and showers needed cleaning. Staff were nice, polite and helpful.

The need to have ID for every adult in the flat for "health and safety" reasons is ridiculous. The flat itself was very nice though.

Impressive building with lovely grounds; however unfortunately our room did not live up to the same standard with wine bottles & beer cans left at the door on entry, along with the odour from the previous guests takeaway. Thankfully the staff were able to accommodate a different room for our stay, but it is worth noting the rooms both shared a rather tired appearance and we left a little deflated bearing in mind the room rate.
