The location is very central in Cardiff. A good hotel for those on a budget.

The barman who booked us in was friendly and helpful Downside was only 3 pillows and 1 bath towel, but when we asked for extra they were put in our room. Room was clean, but we did find a key card for the room under the bed and an empty bag in one of the drawers We would stay there again

It was great near everything we wanted to be near ie Station, Motorpoint arena, John Lewis and all the shops. Our room was on the groumd floor so that was good too. Will definitely stay at Ibis Cardiff when we visit again maybe next year!!

The restaurant and accommodation came up to our expectations having stayed in Greene King hotels and eaten in their restaurants many times in recent years.

Bathroom window was broken and would not close properly. Otherwise pleasant hotel which served its purpose as a base.
