No es el hotel más silencioso pero cumple con todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar de un fin de semana en San Miguel. "

"Good location in the middle of the city and nearby attractions. Breakfast was quite limited. There is no iron or ironing board, you’ll need to ask for one and they provide a steam iron. Some staff seemed a bit condescending upon arrival. Bellboy provided EXCELLENT service. Room does not have AC unit and air is provided exclusively by a floor ventilator which is quite inefficient in filling up the room. Can’t imagine how hot the room gets in the summertime "

"Beautiful hotel and amenities in a Great Location!! Digital Check In was a bit complicated. We did the check in and submitted all the information. We arrived to the location and tried the Check In option at 3:30 and it was saying it was too early to check in. I tried contacting them through the number on WhatsApp, and wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone. It took about 30 to 40 minutes in order for someone to help out. They weren’t too helpful and weren’t understanding that no code was being sent...

"Basic clean accommodations. Easy check-in and out. Very safe area and short three block walk to the Jardín and all that SMA offers. Nice view from the comfy rooftop patio. No a/c but had a ceiling fan and stand fan so the room temperature was fine. No tv. Perfect choice for the budget-conscious traveler."

"I liked the location but bathroom is badly designed, room did not have enough outlets, it was not properly cleaned and it was extremely noisy. I was not able to sleep properly since you could hear everything from next rooms and hallway. Will not stay there again."
