"The room was clean and comfortable, and the lake view was beautiful. The onsite pub and restaurant had just closed down , which meant a walk alongside the lake which was only a few minutes, to the pub restaurant next to a Premier inn. There was a lot of activity on the lake when we arrived and other activities advertised on site. This was only a stopover for us but was pleasant "

"Room was ok, very small bathroom with limited facilities. The room I was in was next to the kitchen, lots of noise til 12 and then from 6. Was expecting a continental breakfast, but a full English was given which was nice Overall a cheap place to stay, owners really friendly. "

"Thank you for providing a spacious, clean well equipped room for our 5 night stay. It was lovely to have a dining/work table and chairs. Beds were extremely comfortable, great shower. Location was ideal for exploring Oxford and beyond. Assistance with luggage was greatly appreciated"

"What a gorgeous place to stay, wonderful garden, I stayed in the Garden room and it was so clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. I will 100% aim to stay here next time I visit, Pauline the owner is so kind and welcoming too. Highly recommend! "
