As with many hotel and b&b bathrooms, there was inadequate shelving or flat surfaces on which to put toiletries etc.. in fact, apart from balancing things on the toilet cistern, there was no space at all. "Stayed 2 nights due to going to a family party and wanting somewhere close by. Clean and comfortable, ideal for what i needed. Bed was really comfortable. If i had to pick a fault, i would say to get some brighter colours, it was very dark inside. Would definitely stay again."

"I Stayed in a lovely shepherds hut called bluebell which was lovely and quaint inside. Plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and kettle are provided. "Absolutely loved this place it was so quirky full of history and antiques breakfast was good and hosts were lovely And friendly we will definitely return ..no matter where you look. There was something of interest with an antique shop in the yard too ..not for someone looking for a modern hotel though walking distance to a nice village pub with good food ..highly recommend this place "

"The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. "This vegetarian B&B was a real find. An old Control Tower, restored in authentic1040s style. Delightful owners, lovely breakfasts, comfortable rooms. Very handy for visiting the coast. Owners very thoughtful & helpful with information & recommendations. "

"Room was very dated, the mattress was a cheap thin mattress and springs were noisy everytime you moved. The bathroom was again in need of repair. The whole toilet pan moved everytime you sat on it. "

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
