"The property was fun to stay in. However, it needed a good clean. The floors were very dirty, you would walk about and have black feet after. Crumbs and bits of food around the kitchen floor. Cupboards were sticky. From when the last person stopped (check out 11 am) and we weren’t allowed to check in till 16:00. I cannot see what was done to the property in this time. "There was no visitor book, I have stayed in many places and this is the first where there has been nothing! No I stucyions on how to work the heating, TV etc I had to contact the owner, and after a few texts back and forth he eventually sent me the instructions and then ignored me the next day when I asked for help with the tv "

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open.
