"The lounge left side window was taped up and rags placed on the sill to prevent water etc the central window pane was cracked in 2 place. There were mould issues throughout the property, it wasn’t clean and there was a wire hanging loose I have photo evidence. The discrepancy between the actual property and the advertised description was totally different"

"We booked lavender cottage for 2 nights whist visiting family. We are a family for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was brilliant, he was very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a heads up if you have very young children or mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again sometime. Thanks for everything."

"A true home from home this lovely quaint cottage offers. The owner has gone the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and it has everything you would find in your own home. The bathroom is equipped with a fantastic shower. The garden has a quirky seating area, fantastic for those night's when you want to sit outside and enjoy a meal or drink. Location is excellent and just a short drive to Southport. We'll certainly come again."

"Lovely cottage in a gorgeous part of the world. Perfect for 2 couples having a bathroom each was ideal ! Perfect for walking eating out at the many local pubs in the area. 2 within easy walking distance! Then enjoy a cosy evening in around the log burner. Will definitely hope to come back in the summer to appreciate the outside space. All information for property received in time for arrival with exact arrival instructions. Perfect weekend had by all !"

"Easy check-in. We arrived an hour early as I thought check-in was 2pm not 3pm but our room wasn’t ready but we were able to store our luggage with reception whilst we went to eat lunch. I thought we would have a two bedroom apartment but it was actually two one-bedroom apartments with the adjoining door open. That actually worked well for us as we had more room to put our stuff and relax. The staff were lovely at check-in and check-out. The location is fantastic for shopping, nights out and...
