"Amazing stay at The Priory. Sarah was such a lovely, friendly host, full of stories about the building and couldn’t do enough to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I stayed in room 5, which was a delight - the bathroom was gorgeous, with a roll top bath and waterfall shower. The bedroom decor was tasteful and it felt cosy. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty. I couldn’t have asked for more from my stay. I will definitely be returning if I’m in the area again. "

High Blean B&B
3.0 star property

"We travel a lot as a couple, and I also travel extensively with work. I have never felt so at home, so quickly, as at High Blean B&B. The location is certainly remote, but that is what we wanted. It’s a lovely traditional Dales type cottage with stunning views of Semer Water. The room, whilst being the smaller of the two, was plenty big enough, with lots of space. The best thing about the room, aside from the view, is how thoughtfully it has been prepared. From top quality bedding to a large...

"Lovely place, great location on the high street. Private, off street parking is very helpful - the entrance to it is through a very narrow archway which was a tight squeeze for an SUV. "My husband and I had 5 glorious nights at the Bothy and wished it could have been longer. Juliet and her husband were really helpful and accommodating, the apartment was lovely and comfortable, and quintessentially English, and we both fell in love with the sheep. The welcome was warm and the apartment had what we needed. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you Juliet!"
