"Pros: Location! Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Golf course view and walking path are wonderful. Pool was warm enough for the kids to swim. Safe and mostly quiet. Security cameras in parking lot. Cons: Master sink was clogged so I bought Draino. My kids found a large cockroach in their bathroom. Only two washcloths in the whole place. Upstairs neighbor has small child who runs (stomps) a lot. Couch is not a bed but pulls out to be larger couch."
