Perfect spot for a mini vacation. 5 minutes walk to everything that Scottsdale old town offers.
This 2002 building has plenty of room with high ceilings and over 1,000 sq feet of space. Two bedrooms with a comfy king size bed and queen bed,the couch converts into a queen size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, pans, dishes,everything you need for great dinner at home. 58”large screen television with Netflix and Amazon Prime in the family room. New fridge,washer and dryer. Reserved covered carport behind the unit and usually plenty of parking in front.Community pool with Key entry, grill and dining area along the pool side.

Comfortable setting

This condo offered nice space, clean accommodations, three televisions, and a quiet location. It is very conveniently located - especially if you want to explore old Scottsdale and the environs. Will stay there again if I am back in the area.

Perfect location and lovely home

Great parking, perfectly placed in old town, either a short walk or lyft to go where we needed. The home was clean and exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Nice and Quiet

Great downtown location. We didnt get a chance to check out the area. We were in town for AZ bike week. But everytime we rode in or out of the area saw lots of cool places we want to see when in the area again.

Great location

Great to be within walking distance of old Scottsdale. Food, donuts, coffee, etc. all real close. No issues with parking in front of building or your own covered space in the back. I will hopefully stay there again sometime soon

The condo was great. It was clean, cozy, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, nice decorations. We will surely be back.We loved the mid century neighborhood, walking distance to excellent coffee and restaurants.

Perfect space

Cute, comfortable and quiet. Close to Old town and Scottsdale stadium about a 15 minute walk. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

The location, unit, price, and amenities were all perfect for us. The unit was cheaper than a hotel and gave us much more freedom with choices for eating in or out and was in a convenient location for our activities.It was cozy and furnished nicely. If I ever needed to again, I would absolutely choose this unit.

We were happy with having covered parking, super clean rooms and new appliances.Three items need to be fixed,,overhead kitchlight, masyerbath toilet paper holder and tricky shower valve.

Great little place for a great price

The place was prefect. Cute and comfy. Felt safe and was very low key. We had our bachelorette there and it was great! Everyone was friend and we honestly rarely saw anyone and had the pool to our Selves. Location was amazing we went to old town a lot and it was a short and cheap uber or lyft never more then $10. Totally walkable too.

The property was just as described. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and we liked the fact that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with.

Overall a good stay. Quiet area with easy parking. We did however arrive with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and no soap to run it. We also had no garbage bags and dish soap to hand wash dishes.

The condo was fairly comfortable, but not as clean as I'd like and the toweks had a bad smell. The toilet paper dispenser in madtet bedroom was detached from the wall. It was a little noisy. Kitchen was nice and check in & out was easy. noisynoisy
