"The condo was very cozy with pleasant decor throughout. The computer monitor in the bedroom is a very thoughtful addition to connect a laptop. The full kitchen is great. The common area outside the front door has very nice southwestern landscaping with tables available. I absolutely appreciated the quick responses to my questions. I will definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. I had my dates one day off so we showed up one day early! Whoops. NO problems said the manager. Kathleen. Great gal and helpful. We thought an update was/is in order for the property - extremely short toilets. I never have seen them quite so low and a relatively easy upgrade - not to mention the water savings that would be gained with new toilets. Close to restaurants and fairly close to Old Town Scottsdale. It's a yes from us."

"The condo itself is very spacious clean and very nice . There is no pool which was confusing if there was or not . They were not flexible about check out time , 10 am is a little early while most places it's 11-am "

"The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working."

"I really, really liked this place. Communication with Brian, the property manager, was fantastic. The property is comfortable and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. And, it's adjacent to downtown Tempe and the freeway. Great property!"

"The guest home was very cute, the backyard was fenced in and private. When you arrive don't be alarmed that you are at someones home, you honestly would hardly know it once you enter the backyard as it is a separate building with its own entrance and yard. It slept 3 adults and a baby perfectly. The kitchen was adorable and had all the tools you would need to cook. A pack and play was provided, there was a queen bed and the chair pulled out into a twin bed. We did not have our dogs but the set...

"Our room was super clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance! The only drawback was lots of noise and clunking sounds from above, especially in the mornings (I believe it came from the gym). Would definitely stay again but ask for a room in a different location. "
