"Location was near the major roadways meaning you could be in Meridian or downtown Boise very rapidly. Nice place and neighborhood, quiet aside from a neighbor who maybe had a party or band practice. Only real complaint was there was a lot of dust under furniture in the rooms and hair in the bedding. There is a washer/dryer available so it's a non-issue really, unless maybe you're sensitive. "It was perfect location for us. However important info was missing such as 10 outdoor steps to entrance to the basement rental downstairs.Shower window stuck open nor did shower light work. Preexisting faucet and plumbing problems were attributed to us."
