Best Views In Boise! Restaurants, shopping, bars, and other entertainment is up and down our street and on the surrounding blocks. Check out our house guide for our best suggestions! Guests have access to the entire apartment up high in downtown Boise. With the front door opening to 8th street, you are mere steps from coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shops, & entertainment. The Capitol building is visible from the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with 8 ft windows overlooking Boise\`s State Capitol and the foothills in the backdrop. The adjoining master bathroom has an adjustable heated toilet seat, and an oversized curved rain shower head in a glass shower. All amenities are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryer. The second bedroom has a view of downtown local artist art paintings on the wall of a 30 ft. building and features a queen bed with giant double door closets. From the kitchen, you can see Table Rock where you\`ll see Boise\`s cross lit up on top of the foothills at night. You wouldn\`t ask for more views in one location! The host let us know a few days in advance of our stay that the elevator was not working but she offered to discount the rate which was much appreciated.As noted the parking space reserved for the unit will only work for a small car. We drove from Colorado in our F150 so we had to play musical chairs with parking but it was fine. We actually found a business nearby that let us use their lot on the weekend at no charge. Also, the area is a lot of fun with good night life, but that comes with the associated noise problems at night. Modern amenities and vintage charm abound. Spotlessly clean, beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and you are literally steps away from the best restaurants and capitol sightseeing. Hosts are kind, professional, and very accommodating. One thing to note for future guests: if you plan on using the parking garage, which was very kind of hosts to provide, please understand that the spot provided is very small and narrow and tricky to maneuver in and out of. Hosts were upfront about this but I feel the need to reiterate and recommend that if you have a rental car, you find alternative parking. We had originally planned to Lyft everywhere but decided to park our car in the parking garage instead. It worked out fine, but my friend had to help guide my car in and out so I would get any scratches on it. And I have to know what brand of pillows/bedding they have…the most comfortable I’ve slept on! But I’m not going to lie…they aren’t joking about the tight squeeze for parking.
