  • Welcome to your easy, single-level getaway! Built in 2025, this relaxing 4BR home features an open floor plan, a king primary suite with ensuite bath & TV, three additional queen bedrooms, and a second full bath. Enjoy exclusive neighborhood pool access (open May–September), instant hot water (no cold showers!), and a fully fenced grassy backyard—perfect for relaxing and play. Minutes to the Ford Idaho Center, Warhawk Museum, NNU, Boise Airport, and Boise State University.
    Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

Clean house but supplies were limited. There were no trash bags to use and we ran out of paper towels.One of the bed frame was broken and the host did not reply or communicate in a timely manner so we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. It's too bad because it was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood.
