The location is quiet and residential but very convenient for getting to downtown easily. One night there were no tenants above me and it was great. The space is well thought-out, with a great sitting area with large TV with numerous streaming options, sleeping space with queen bed, and a cute little kitchenette with all the tools we could think of for simple meals and good coffee. :-) Bathroom with a huge shower and heated floors (!) was perfect, and even a washer and dryer. We don't know Boise well, but we were able to get around very easily from this central location (have to come back to try Westside Drive-In). Very clean and secure, and easy to access. This is an adorable house! Everything was very nice and the house was all set up! Great location if you want to be in Down town Boise.
