“Friendly service, comfortable room”
This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

“BOILING in Boise”
Everything about this hotel was fine except for the AC in the room. I was in town for 4 days and it was in the 90's. I turned the AC on in the room and it wouldn't ever cool down. I finally asked at the front desk and they said they'd look at it that day. When I got back to the room at midnight it was still the same. I was too tired to talk to anyone, so I just turned the temp as far down as it would go. When i got up in the morning, it was still the same temp. I wouldn't stay here again in the summer.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, clean quiet and comfortable would not hesitate to stay there again. Close to Downtown and freeway

This was our second stay at Red Lion Hotel in Boise and both were very enjoyable. We especially liked our room in our last stay. It was Rm 235 and we intend to request it for our next stay. Your employees are very friendly and curteous. We will reccomend your hotel to anyone we know going to Boise. Looking forward to our next stay, Evie & Dave P
“Great Downtown Location”
Great location and comfortable hotel. Short walk to the heart of downtown. Restaurants, bar and movie theater all nearby. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. We have stayed in this hotel several times when traveling to Boise.
