"Homely, very welcoming. If you like farms, there were horses, geese, ducks to explore. Also a lovely dog which was very friendly. The area is gorgeous with fields, a lake and so many mushrooms.... so like the traditional fairy toadstools. In the summer, there are several areas for sitting out. Madeline proved very friendly and would do anything to please."

Although in the middle of the village, the property is private and secure. Our room was comfortable and lacked nothing. It was also warm as the temperature dropped below freezing outside. "This is our second time back at the cottage. The pool is brilliant and much bigger than it appears in the photos. The surrounding are is beautiful and the cottage is really clean, snug and well kitted out. Another great stay."

"Fantastic stay and facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed out little hideaway. This place is a hidden gem and we definitely will be back. Only downfalls are the fact that it isn't advertised so well as this property has huge potential, gym is a little on the small side and it most definitely could do with a onsite restaurant for gain revenue for the place to maximise the income but it didnt effect our stay as we had all the facilities we needed in our lodge and planned on going out anyhow.
