"Great hotel with easy access to the Metro. We stayed here on our visit to the Madrid Tennis Open and found it perfectly placed to be able to walk to venue in around 45 minutes at a leisurely pace. My only criticism would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It’s only a small point but it would have been nice to have the option to make a drink in the room on our return or first thing in the morning before going down for breakfast. "I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. Location is great but that is nit the reason: it is their staff. Most of them have been there for years and I have never ever seen such a fantastic team. I know Madrid really well and would never ever Conceive staying at another place. Highly, highly recommend!!!"
