"We were at the hotel only for one night so we didn't see much of it. There's a very convenient parking area. The rooms are a decent size and quite comfortable with free water and a coffee machine and pods, a boiler and tea. The bathroom, especially the toilet were rather dirty (we were in room 1). "

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"Really lovely pub with great hotel rooms and parking (at an additional £10). Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a lovely outdoor space and the food (we stayed on for Sunday lunch) was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish, the pub décor was also stylish and comfortable. Don't really know how well connected it was to public transport as we drove there and then walked everywhere we wanted to go. All round great experience and would stay again if I needed to be in that part...

"A regular stay here perfectly located a short taxi ride to the rugby Stoop or Twickenham. Delayed check in with staff unavailable on arrival. Comfy and spotless double bed room, with nice amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Free convenient parking. We visited the pub restaurant a few times and despite letting staff know of a dairy allergy, they run out of dairy free milk the next day before a planned breakfast. The allergy menu is a complicated folder which would benefit from upgrading to a...
