"The room was very large, breakfast was a decent variety but be careful as despite allergens being displayed, they can be incorrectly labeled. The bathroom was very big in the room with a full size shower, bath and double sink. although the shower particularly around the drain area had quite a bit of mould. It would be nice if the breakfast area was more spread out as we sat quite close to other guests."

"We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. All the staff including Mu was very helpful right from our check in and until our check out on our final day of our stay. Helped us to book our taxi to the airport as our flight was early morning so she pre booked taxi for 5 am in the morning. The choice of breakfast was very good. We booked the room with panoramic view of the Bund and really pleased that we made the right choice and got amazing view of the Bund from our room window."

"Excellent location next to metro and walking distance to prime areas. Room was very comfortable and spacious, water bottles provided in room everyday, good aircon, breakfast was good with variety of western and Asian. Also had free diy laundry with both washer and dryer availability and free detergent. I would definitely book again when visiting Shanghai again."
