This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! The shower drain was a little slow to drain, but overall, everything was wonderful!

Chose this hotel because of its unique architecture and hip trendy vibe. The hotel's architecture and history has been preserved well while giving the rooms a trendy black-and-white makeover. I really liked the hip modern retro vibes of the place. The room is very spacious with a living room, kitchen and washing machine, so it really feels like a home away from home. Friendly service from all the staff including Lucas and Candy who offered prompt assistance to all our requests via Wechat. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the malls at Nanjing Road, there is also a nice cafe next door. Breakfast spread is somewhat limited to just toast and some local snacks from the food truck, but the taste is okay.

No complaints at all. Travel with family and stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. From check-in to the day we checked out, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. All staffs were helpful and able to communicate in English. Love the butler service. Staffs were friendly and always willing to help - offer dining recommendations or bringing coffee to your room when ran out in the lobby.

We stayed at a two bed room design condo, corner suite - the best room available in this hotel which was fantastic. The room is clean and beautiful with everything you need, and all of the staff are very kind and friendly. The location is good - walking distance from Nanjing dong-ru, within 1.5km from Xintiandi, Bund, Yuyuan. If you plan to spend the most of your time in Puxi area, Opartment will be a great choice. We strongly recommend this hotel
