View from the room over the orchard was delightful. We were looked after superbly by Marie from start to finish, who was extremely accommodating. "Welcome was friendly & very helpful. Building quaint. Very clean. Some nice wee touches. No food available. Basic amenities in room lacking - no bin in bathroom, bed sagging at one side, lack of sockets, unable to get shower to work - no one in property in morning to ask for help. Noise from bar until midnight - could hear conversations, music & pool being played. "

"Woke up with 4 big bites on my leg but no signs of mosquito so would chec bed for bed begs, once awaking I went to smoke at around 8:30 some person who never introduced there self to me asked me if I was leaving. Felt quite pressured to Leave at that point. Most likely will not stay in the future."

"No free Wi-fi code left anywhere and attendants mobile never responded, horrible almost on floor bed with urine stained manky old worn unprotected mattress, bedroom window blind broken so exposed to neighbours and tatty external areas, no bathroom mirror (previously broken and not replaced), paid £6 extra for breakfast, expecting cooked, but it was a help yourself basic toast/cereal. While overall clean(except the horror under the bed sheets, the overall kerb appeal was totally neglected and...

"Chose The Old Mill on a last minute booking as attending conference in Milton Keynes and was cheapest available... what a find! Staff (& locals) very welcoming, especially Kirsty. Didn’t realise it was so rural but very welcome after gruelling drive from Sussex and hectic two days studying. Sat in beer garden and heard.... nothing (except lonely owl). No street lights but watched half a dozen bats flitting about. Very relaxing and within easy drive to MK. Looked like tourist attractions also...

"Lovely property, very spacious. Can make sure the dog mess is cleared from the lawn. We were approached just before 10.30am on our last day as we were about to leave and told we should be out of the property by 10am and the cleaner had been waiting since 10.05am. On the information it states you don’t have to leave until 10.30. "
