"The location was perfect for us and the Hotel delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis etc for us. Even though I have a milk allergy and could not have the scrambled eggs for breakfast, there was enough provided that I could take, so I did not go hungry!! Alternatives to cow milk are provided (Soya). For me it was a joy to see that the hotel has not succumbed to those awful rainfall showers!! They had good, directional showers and the flow was great! In all the Hotel provided everything we wanted. "

"Our hotel (The Chester Grosvenor) was stunning and perfectly situated with a grandeur interior that oozes bundles of original features! The staff were welcoming and pleasant and nothing was too much for them. We were treated on arrival to an upgraded room, staying in a junior suite which was perfect in all areas. The City was beautiful with lots to see and do from walking the City wall to walks along the river and gardens with lots of historical points of interest to stop and absorb throughout the City. The shops were quaint and inkeeping with a good variety of choice. The City was clean and well kept and a testament to the people that maintain it. Overall we had a fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel with a beautiful City surrounding it. "

"Great check in. Good explanation. Location good for Albert dock and pier head. Easy walk to city center and attractions. Nibbles and drinks nights are very good. Chance to relax if you feel like a night in after busy day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit limited and never liked cereal coming out of the packages. Too easy to make a mess in pour out. Good stay and would repeat."
