"Room 3 The room was cold the widows seal was letting in a cold draft. Thery is no chair in the room. I found a slug on the floor next to the fridge their mould in the bathroom and by the entrance to the room in the kitchen. Constant banging doors as other tenants enter the kitchen. Noise from tenants using the kitchen and the smell of food."

"Fantastic stay and facilities, we thoroughly enjoyed out little hideaway. This place is a hidden gem and we definitely will be back. Only downfalls are the fact that it isn't advertised so well as this property has huge potential, gym is a little on the small side and it most definitely could do with a onsite restaurant for gain revenue for the place to maximise the income but it didnt effect our stay as we had all the facilities we needed in our lodge and planned on going out anyhow. "We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "
