"The size of the house made it nice & spread out for multiple families to vacation together. The place looks as pictured. We enjoyed the pool area daily ~ it's a great large space. Seeing the massive yachts go by each evening was entertaining. The peacocks that live around the neighborhood were a surprise. We had some issues arise, but the host was attentive to get them resolved."

It was really one of the most relaxing stays our family has ever had. The kids loved the pool and looking at the boat coming in and out of the canal."

"Andrea's house was quiet, comfortable and bright. There's a lovely pool in the back yard that comes with floaties, toys and chairs. The rooms are all well appointed and the bathrooms have plenty of hot water. Having the washer and dryer was a nice bonus, and detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Overall, we had a great stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at peacock villa. Managers were easy to work with and had excellent communication during the whole process. I’m a big fan of good ac and a hot shower and was glad both worked excellent! The location was great for exploring southern Florida and it was a very quiet neighborhood! "Very clean. Living furniture a bit uncomfortable for 4 adults. Beds were OK. Nice and quiet. Steep stairs for elderly people. Good locations made it easy to get to cruise port."

"Excellent location for shopping and dining, however it’s not a walking distance to the beach. If you want to spend the day at the beach prepare to pay for parking, chairs and an umbrella if you don’t bring your own. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has a bare minimum of utensils, pots, pans and dishes, not enough for someone who is planning to cook their meals. I had to be creative with how to squeeze garlic without garlic press and cut a pineapple without a cutting...
